Keto Candied Bacon Recipe
This keto candied bacon recipe (a.k.a. million dollar bacon) is sweet, smoky, and irresistable! You'd never guess the brown sugar glaze is sugar-free. Just 4 ingredients + 0.3g net carbs!
Ingredients
- 12 slices Bacon
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 6 tbsp Besti Brown Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).

Line an extra-large baking sheet (at least 14 x 20) with foil for easy cleanup. Place an oven-safe cookie rack of the same size on top of the baking sheet. (Get the perfect pan + rack here!)

Arrange the bacon slices in a single layer on the rack. Sprinkle the slices with cayenne and black pepper.

Sprinkle Besti Brown over the bacon (about 1/2 tbsp (6 grams) per slice), patting gently to help it stick.

Bake for 18 to 22 minutes on the middle rack, until the bacon is done to your liking. The time will vary depending on the thickness of the bacon.
